Condition: 8/10, unused, unworn with shoe bag and box ( box has some damage in corners). Due to being in storage these boots have a few marks on the suede as shown in photos and will need a gentle brushing. One small dirt mark which will go with brushing. 

Size: European 40. Due to the height of the heel ( a little over 6 inches) we feel it would be a bit tight for a US size 10 and perhaps more comfortable for a 9.5- unless you like snug boots of course!
